Poisoned wine kills 14 celebrants

Fourteen people died after drinking accidentally poisoned wine at a Cambodian ceremony appealing to spirits to protect children.

Police in the Kampong Cham province said the victims drank local rice wine from a bottle contained by toxic herbicide.
