PM writes to mother over respite help

Prime Minister David Cameron is to write to the mother of a severely disabled girl after she accused him of not doing enough to help families in desperate need of respite.

Riven Vincent said she may be forced to put her daughter Holly into full-time care after being denied additional support from social services. She receives just six hours respite a week.
