Picture: Kelvingrove statues get horror film look

PRANKSTERS have given statues in Glasgow’s Kelvingrove park a sinister new look.

The spooky new look was created by a mysterious prankster who attached green and red LED lights to their eyes.

Many nearby residents were given a fright as they walked their dogs through the park late at night.

Jordan Sweeney, a 19 year old who lives near by was walking his dog when he noticed the statue’s nightmarish new look.

He said: “I nearly jumped out of my skin, I felt like I was in a horror film.”

No one knows who is responsible and no one has stepped forward to take credit for the stunt but the pictures are beginning to gain a lot of interest online.
