Photos go on show at coffee house

AN amateur photographer who helped uncover long forgotten shipwrecks at the bottom of the Forth is showing a selection of his work in Portobello.

He is currently displaying some of his other photos at the Blue Bean Coffee House on Portobello High Street.

The father of two from Musselburgh who works as a civil servant, Mr Clark has been diving regularly in the area since he was a teenager.

He said: "The images are up on the wall now and will remain there for the next three months.

"In a change from my normal underwater images I have selected a choice of my favourite topside images.

"They range from butterflies to scenic landscapes of East Lothian castles.

"There are even Icelandic volcanic ash-fuelled sunsets over the Firth of Forth.

"In the display I also have a few underwater images on show mainly from a recent encounter with a friendly seal pup."

Entry is free of charge and framed, and mounted A4 images will be available to buy straight from the wall.
