Petition for subway CCTV

A PETITION has been launched to secure CCTV for a well-used city underpass.

Lothians MSP Sarah Boyack said that following a number of police incidents at the Telfer Subway linking Fountainbridge and Dalry, measures had to be taken.

She said: “This latest spate of incidents will be greatly concerning to local residents.

“That is why I have launched a petition calling on the council and police to work together to install CCTV in the subway.”
