Pensioner is robbed as he waits for taxi

POLICE are hunting for a thief who robbed a 72 year-old man waiting for a taxi.

The pensioner was accosted on Friday evening in Cambuslang by a man who demanded money. He was pushed to the ground before the suspect made off with a three-figure sum of cash.
