Pension staff ballot on strike action

Workers at Capita Life and Pensions started voting yesterday on strike action in protest at planned changes to their pension scheme.

The staff deliver work to firms including Prudential, Co-operative Financial Services and the Phoenix Group.

The ballot closes on 15 September.
