Paul walks the clubs walk in memory of his cousin

A FUNDRAISING drive in memory of a young bowel cancer victim has reached more than half its target.

Scott McClymont, from Carrick Knowe, was only 25 when he passed away in May.

His cousin Paul Fulton is walking around every English Premiership ground later this month to raise money for the Bobby Moore Trust, Scott's parents' charity of choice, and he has already hit the 300 mark.

He said: "Although Scott was a big football fan and loved to watch any match, I'm sure he would have said that I was crazy to do this."

There were only 19 days between Scott being told he had the disease and him passing away. He was a first-class degree student at Heriot-Watt University, where he graduated in computer science, and had been working at WH Smith in Edinburgh Airport.
