Patient's artistic thanks

AN APPRECIATIVE patient has donated two paintings to a city hospital as a thank-you for the care she received.

Frances Newton was so pleased with her treatment at the Western General that she linked up with a West Lothian artist to give two works to the staff.

She said she hoped future patients "could enjoy and find comfort in the artwork".
