Park runners are all heart

GRACE Mackenzie and Tommy Armstrong were among more than 500 runners who ran around Arthur's Seat for the British Heart Foundation's Winter Warmer run.

Yesterday's event aimed to raise as much money as possible to fight heart disease, Scotland's biggest killer.

Participants ran either a 5k or 10k route and prizes were given out for the best Hallowe'en outfit.

Participants were asked to raise sponsorship to help BHF Scotland. Everyone who completed the course received a medal and a T-shirt.
