Park attack: Two charged

TWO teenagers have appeared in court charged with attempted murder.

Scott Gillon, 17, and a 13-year-old boy, who cannot be named, both from Edinburgh, were charged with attempted murder in Victoria Park, Ferry Road, on February 15, while acting with others.

Neither made any plea or declaration at Edinburgh Sheriff Court yesterday, and Gillon was remanded in custody. The 13-year-old was released on bail under curfew conditions. The case was continued for further inquiries.
