Pair on drugs charge

TWO teenagers have been charged with offences including possession of cannabis and theft.

The pair, aged 17 and 19, were arrested after incidents in Place Charente and Woodburn Gardens in Dalkeith on Sunday.

The teenagers were also charged with breaking their bail conditions.
