Yah-boo politics

Further to Bill Jamieson’s suggestions on how politicians should behave (Scottish Perspective, 1 January), there is a very simple solution to all their “yah-boo” politics: any politician who votes for or runs a deficit while in office should be disqualified from being re-elected at the next election.
