Wrong view

In typically aggrieved socialist fashion, your correspondent Keddie Law (Letters, 17 May) looks at facts the wrong way round.

By being privately educated, Messrs Cameron and Clegg have, along with millions of others over the years, freed up the state system and reduced costs to the taxpayer.

With regard to the blighted housing estates, sink schools and unemployment he mentions, he should ask himself if the previous 13 years of Labour government could possibly have had something to do with that.
