What a fine mess

Walkways ankle deep in dog turds and a country starved of tax revenue by wealthy tax avoiders – both could be efficiently cured by prosecution.

And yet HMRC behaves like those “dog wardens” who, when you complain (at least in Edinburgh) about being unable to walk three paces without playing “dodge-the-turd”, just come out and spraypaint dog cartoons on the pavements.

It’s all crap – let’s clear it up properly.
