We said No

When a Scottish Government spokesman says: “It is not for David Cameron or any other single politician to try and dictate what Scotland’s future should be – it will always be in the hands of the people” do they actually mean it is up to a single politician (ie one Nicola Sturgeon) to dictate?

I thought that the people had actually spoken last September when they said No.
