Waste of energy
Low energy street lights were installed just a few weeks back in New Swanston (Hunters Tryst). Two weeks ago I reported to the council that the new lights were on 24 hours a day.
A fortnight later and the fault still hasn’t been dealt with. So much for saving energy.
