Unfair cop

Irrespective of how you feel about our police force carrying guns, justice
secretary Kenny MacAskill should not in any way be
allowed to introduce this by the back door.

If the majority of MSPs in the Scottish Parliament feel police should carry guns, the general public then should have the final say.
