TV licence ‘theft’

The television licence renewing system is exceptionally unfair and bordering on immoral. Not only is the fee excessive, but the administration of the fee is also highly questionable.

I renewed my TV licence on the 29th of this month but it is not valid for a year, but only until 31 March because the system only works from the 1st of the month. So, I have paid the full price but will be covered only for 11 months.

That is disgraceful and people should be warned about applying only on the 1st of the month. This, surely, is bordering on theft.
