Sunday trains

Both ScotRail management and the unions are to be thanked for speedily resolving the Sunday overtime ban.

Let’s hope that more Sunday trains will operate, including an increased hourly service on the Shotts line and a completely new hourly direct service between Edinburgh and Perth.

Sundays are now some of the busiest travel days of the week. Will ScotRail raise to the challenge?
