YOU report (13 October) that a double Commons inquiry has been launched into the proposed referendum on Scottish separation, including “who should be allowed to vote”.
The Scottish Government proposes that the decision should be determined, not only by British citizens resident in Scotland, but by those holding passports for Commonwealth countries, Eire and other European Union countries resident in Scotland.
