Small can work

Scotland has rejected independence. However, the small island of Malta is celebrating independence from Britain.

With no oil and little industry, the proud and courageous Maltese are celebrating 50 years of independence and as they sit at the top table in the EU and also at the United Nations they must wonder why the Scots declined to join them.
