Shocking

It is almost unbelievable that Ryanair held captive passengers on their aircraft at Prestwick for six hours withholding water supplies and refusing to disembark customers leading to police intervention (your report, 26 June). Someone at Ryanair needs to make more than an apology to these people who were understandably angry and upset at this shocking treatment.
