Salmond inquiry

THE head of Scotland’s civil service has cleared First Minister Alex Salmond of breaking parliamentary rules when he visited a school in the run-up to a crucial by-election. However, now it seems the Labour leader of Aberdeen City Council, Barney Crockett, has written to ask Sir Bob Kerslake – head of the UK’s civil service to investigate. And I thought this was 2013 not 1707.
