Rubbish advice

The latest anti-litter campaign is puerile rubbish and will raise the occasional titter, but it will not restrain littering.

The adverts refer to people doing dirty acts in public in a vaguely humorous style, but they will not alter people’s behaviour. For humour and effectiveness, I prefer the “Don’t Be A Tosser” campaign, which combines humour with a suggestion on how to change aberrant behaviour.
