Revenue who?

Where did Revenue Scotland suddenly spring from? One of my golfing partners works for HMRC and has no clue about Revenue Scotland. I think that we should be made aware of the start-up and running costs of a new government office designed to handle two small taxes, particularly 
before trusting them with other, more complicated taxes.

I have this distrust of the SNP and their pre-referendum statement that setting up the 180 government offices of an independent Scotland would only cost £200 million. Let’s find out what part of one actually costs.
