Denise Davis (Letter, 12 May) slams SNP efforts to get Labour supporters to vote Yes and asks: “Historically, what other party has slated the opposition then publicly attempted to recruit its supporters?” Every other party at every election. Haven’t you noticed TV broadcasts, leaflets, posters and canvassers?
