Point of view: Mandelson

IT seems Business Secretary Lord Mandelson is popping up everywhere with his Lord-like opinion on every political matter under the sun, and well outside his remit given to him by Gordon Brown, our Prime Minister. He is becoming a bit of a loose cannon and Mr Brown would do well to clip his wings and stamp his authority as party leader.
