Permit me to ask

I have tried to keep up with the views of both sides of the referendum argument but have failed to find an answer to my simple questions:

At what point will I have to give up my United Kingdom passport –will it be on the day of the Declaration of Independence in 2016? Will a new Scottish passport cost £72.50 and will the new
Passport Office be ready for the onslaught?

Mere details I know, but in the end all these details will matter.
