THE agriculture, estates and business resources team of Pagan Osborne has launched the Agricultural Law Advisory Service, designed to provide law firms across the country with agricultural law support to their clients.
AN EMPLOYMENT law Group has been formed at the Faculty of Advocates under the chairmanship of QCs Brian Napier and Ian Truscott.
The Faculty of Advocates Employment Law Group will see James Peoples QC act as vice-chairman, with Aidan O'Neill QC treasurer and Maurice O'Carroll secretary.
Advocates Alice Stobart, David Hay, Greg Cunningham, Juliette Casey and Nicholas Holroyd have also joined as committee members of the group, which has invited other members of Faculty to join.
