OK for lawyers
Solicitor Brenda Mitchell again calls for a presumption of fault in favour of cyclists who are in an accident with a motor vehicle (Letters, 25 October).
This is a nice outcome if you are a compensation lawyer or, possibly, the cyclist but for who else?
