Not a pressure group

I HAVE twice in recent days been referred to as representing the "Surviving Cinemas pressure group" (News, November 27, 28) with regard to my speaking at the Save the Cameo public meeting.

I'm afraid there is no such thing - the survivingcinemas.org.uk website I edit is not a pressure group, but simply a website dedicated to recording and archiving our historic cinema architectural heritage, and to act as a information resource for people interested in that often overlooked part of our social history.
