Northern alliance
Would it not be interesting if Scotland, once out of the United Kingdom, would join a confederation of Norway, Iceland and Greenland? They would stay out of the European Union, which is an expensive disaster. On their own, these countries would have what
remains of the oil, recover control of their seas and fishing, while they could begin developing seapower and start building a decent infrastructure.
