No hiding place

Over the years, the members of the Scottish Parliament have patted themselves on the back for measures which work, and blamed Westminster for everything else.

I watched Nicola Sturgeon tell us all we are being cheated with new powers coming our way. She and her team would be well advised to accept they did not win the referendum, they represent all Scots and they should start thinking about the enormity of their new responsibilities. There will be no place to hide and blaming Westminster will not be an option.
