No hiding place

You report (19 April) on yet another case of animal mistreatment, this time at the hands of a dog dealer who left the corpse of one of his Labradors to decompose in a kennel.

What I want to now is how people involved with men like this let them get away with it. They should all be reported to the police immediately, and tried without sympathy.
