No family ties
Richard III was one of the present Queen’s predecessors as monarch of England, but he certainly wasn’t one of her “forebears” (“Queen’s shock over king in the car park”, 28 February).
Richard’s sole legitimate child died young, and his two known illegitimate children are thought to have died childless.
