To my intense distress, I note that First Minister, Alex Salmond, will have to leave Bute House due to the cost of the astonishing amount of renovation the building requires.
In order to keep future accommodation costs for the First Minister to the absolute minimum and to enable some measure of stability to be restored to the body politic north of the Border, may I suggest that he settle in Tierra del Fuego?
I believe it is very pleasant at this time of year.
Moreover, after General Galtieri, the penguins will not be too disturbed by his raving.
