Scotland is to lose seven MPs in boundary changes (your report, 13 October). I look forward to the day when Scotland’s representation in London is increased from 52 or so MPs to one ambassador or high commissioner.

Our embassy in London used to be in the old Scotland Yard. If that is now unavailable could we have the new one instead?
