MPs’ manners

If I were an MP, I would send a circular letter to all in the House declaring that when I see unacceptable behaviour during Prime Minister’s Question Time, I will get up and leave the chamber, and invite them to do the same, regardless of party.

This might send a useful message to those who have forgotten the rules of their high school debating clubs, to listen politely to their
opponents and reply in turn.
