Moving Melrose

With regard to the article on the Ministry of Defence and its reluctance to allow wind turbines to be erected in parts of the Borders (your report, 10 February), it appears that Melrose has already experienced a seismic shift, as it has moved all the way across to the M74 on the map included in the article.
