Move along

Could a Yes supporter explain something to me? How can Nicola Sturgeon argue that the Smith Commission is disappointing, when her deputy John Swinney signed up to it just the day before? If the final outcome was not acceptable to Mr Swinney, he should not have agreed to the paper.

The pictures of a laughing relaxed Mr Swinney alongside Lord Smith at the launch of the report rather suggest that he was content. We have had a referendum, and a decision was reached. We have had promises about extra powers for Holyrood and a decision was reached. Can we move on now and decide how best to use these new, very significant, tax and spending powers for the benefit of everyone here in Scotland?
