The arrival in the post of my bowel cancer testing kit raised two questions.

Do you have to be a bit of an acrobat to get a sample of faeces before it hits the water?

And secondly, does the post office in Dundee, the destination for these samples, know what is hurtling its way in abundance?

I cannot believe this is the best way of dealing with this potentially life-threatening illness.
