Money talks

So Holyrood can find another £40 million for children’s guardians, and then another £10m for Prestwick Airport (your report, 19 June).

Multimillions more have been found for A9 “scoping”, A82 and A83 upgrading, Edinburgh trams, the Borders railway, and the big one that is the new Forth Road bridge, amongst other things.

How can Holyrood then say that Westminster has been
niggardly with its money for Scotland?
