Miliband letter

Before the wrath of the self-righteous indignants falls on my head regarding my letter about Ed Miliband (30 January), could I point out that I had sent in a correction to my original ­letter which unfortunately was not picked up in time.

The correction added an insertion to read, “guarantee to introduce a bill on Home Rule within 100 days of a Labour government being elected”.

It does not, however, change the gist of the letter. He still needs to consider his position!
