Letting us down

The debacle over the "Super Thursday" election date in 2015 is a distraction. In this "age of austerity", it makes sense to have a single election date.

What the SNP has to come clean about is where it is going to reduce spending.

Already we see that nursery children will no longer get a promised extra half-hour in August, the class sizes are growing and new teachers are out of work.

This does not seem to be an equitable Scotland which cares for its future.

Instead, it is a floundering administration which only gets a cheap headline from being oppositional.

Let's get back to scrutinising the SNP minority government and show how it has failed the people of Scotland.
