Letter: Right on the money
AS A student at Glasgow University in the 1960s I used to attend the debates for which the University Union is so famous.
One of the many prominent speakers was Gerald Warner who I viewed at the time as a right-wing nutter.
Reading his recent articles in your newspaper, on such subjects as debunking global warming, the Conservative Party in Scotland, and the fate of the euro, I am impressed at how logical and reasonable his opinions have at last become.
