Letter: Raw deal by BBC

Following blanket TV coverage of the Lib Dem, Labour and Tory annual conferences, I was astonished to find that screening of the SNP's four-day annual conference is restricted to two hours by the BBC on Sunday afternoon. Is this the BBC's revenge for being taken to court over the general election leaders debates?

The BBC seems to think it's OK for Scottish licence fee payers to watch hours on English health, education, transport, law and order or housing issues but not to see and analyse those Scottish ministers who are responsible for devolved powers.

I used to think Nationalists were paranoid about these things, but there does not appear to be a level playing field when it comes to giving Scotland's biggest political party equal treatment.
