Letter: Political folly

I think Peter MacMahon (Perspective, 13 October) is wrong when he suggests that our politicians have not decided on spending cuts policies. It seems clear to me that, other than the Conservatives, they have all adopted the universal policy of blaming someone else.

If ever the utter uselessness of the Scottish Parliament is there for all to see it's now.
