Letter: Out of order

You have to admire the gall of BAA Edinburgh. Not content with an eye-watering 10 per cent rise in car-parking fees at the end of 2010, it has decided to pass through the full VAT increase and conveniently round the daily parking fee up to the nearest 50p.

This continued disdain of its captive flying turkeys is totally unacceptable and must not be allowed to continue. The Competition Commission must act to stop this abuse of a dominant market position.
