Letter: No faith in census

Atheist Scotland considers the campaign by the British Humanist Association for people to tick the "no religion" box in the census as naive.

It is naive of the BHA to believe that even if millions of people tick the "no religion box" that this will have any impact; government throughout Britain will not pay the slightest bit of attention and continue to provide more taxpayer-funded, segregated, faith schools.

Unlike the BHA, we shall not be participating in the census charade.

Indeed, my census form has already been put to better use by the recycling unit of Dundee City Council.
